Yes, this unit can be wall mounted with any 300 x 300 mm VESA compatible mount.

Like music CDs? The best thing I can tell you is buy a Receiver, with speakers, and plug a CD player into the Receiver then plug the Receiver into the TV. You can run your sound from the TV and your music.
