“I bought the Sony 65X900E today, and every time I fast-forward my DVR, there is a crackling/snapping sound when I push play. I used the same DVR and cables on my last TV, an LG OLED, and the previous TV, a Samsung LED, and neither TV made the noise. Help!”

SO I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS FAR AS THE CRACKLING/SNAPPING SOUND THEN I PUSH PLAY OR REWIND OR FAST FORWARD USING MY CABLE OR DVR PLAYER. MY CABLE COMPANY ADVISE ME THAT I SHOULD CONTACT SONY ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
