    • Answer No I would not recommend it for direct sunlight. It is great for indoor low light rooms. I really like it for nighttime use as the new Oled tvs are way too bright. I like the picture on the Oled but the brightness irratates my eyes. I love this new Sony TV, has a good clear picture without too much brightness. This TV is best for low light rooms
