Sounds like disconnect between your csble/satellite provider and your tv. I suggest that you double check your signal source from your signal receiver and your tv. I bgg have had similar problems along the same lines. Hope this helps.

To fix this issue you may want to reduce the number of apps or the other way is to go to power management and change setting to ECO to make the Android app not load when you turn the TV on...hope this helps.
