If you are referring about operating your soundbar with the TV remote control, connecting your soundbar via HDMI cable, and enabling the Control for HDMI (HDMI-CEC) on your soundbar and BRAVIA sync function on the TV allows you to operate the device with the TV’s remote control. I have to adjust the sound upward all time to hear them speak and lower it all the time for the noisy action scenes. I did not know I was getting a default factory remote? The soundbar remote does not go with the soundbar. I will probably be returning the soundbar and the remote!
