The X950H has wider viewing angles and the X1 Ultimate, so it has further improved image processing in regards to edges, especially in regards to up converting. There may also be some better dynamics in backlighting due to the upgraded processor. Outside of the wider viewing angle (which may not matter, depending on setup), I think the average person would not detect much of a difference.
