“I own the 55 inch version. How do you enable the Dolby Vision in the internal apps like netflix, youtube (when video allows it), etc? I have all the HDMI ports set to enhanced, but the option is not available anywhere I look, just Auto, HDR10, HLG, off.”

You have to go into the settings for each individual app from the tv itself, if that makes sense. When you are watching Netflix for example, just hit the settings button and it will take you to settings for that app.
