A:AnswerAround 10.5 - 11.0 inches. The stand my tv sits on has about 12 inches for depth/width and it sits just fine. Admittedly, I was a little nervous when I first set it up because the legs appear rather large and I wasn't sure if it would fit, but they do. Actually I'm impressed with the legs, because the design adds to the stability of the tv. It really is an amazing tv - even better than I imagined.
