• No it will only open a screen like apple car play or androud auto. If you want to play movies they have to be on a thumb drive.

• No. Once you plug a phone in, either Android Auto or Apple car play will automatically load. If you put a flash drive in with an mp4 movie download, the system will not even show the file. So the flash drive option just reads music files ;(
