“Can I control my car AC and heat with the XAV AX 100? I want to see the temp and adjust it. Currently I see it on my factory screen. If I install the XAV AX100 will I see these controls to make adjustments. I have a 2014 Pathfinder.”

No. The receiver doesn’t have anything to control the climate settings and doesnt wire into the climate control either.
