“Does it include all wiring for wheel controls buttons as well? like answering calls, forwarding songs, make phone calls...etc . Or is it something you need to purchase on the side. I drive an Outlander 2014.”

Separate. And it's not cheap. Install steering wheel is $59 and the kit is additional.

I bought the interface connector that worked for the ford steering wheel controls but my truck doesn't have steering volume etc, only cruise control. This unit is awesome. Suggest you talk to local Best Buy sales Rep to make sure you get the right interface connector for your car. Easy to install, plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it if you're handy with basic tools. I did mine by myself in a couple hours. If you have Best Buy install it they can tell you for sure. Beware, if your outlander has a stock video display system that also controls your temperature and fan settings this unit isn't compatible. Good luck.
