- Answer Mine doesn't do this. Go to the store on 63rd and ask for David only. Geek Squad stereo installer. He's the only one recommended to install this. I waited until he was available, 2 wks, just because I wanted it done right. Go see David and he will fix this issue for you.

QuestionI have the AX100 installed in my Harley and connect my phone for music and maps. Am I able to connect my phone via USB and connect my bluetooth helmet simultaniously to hear audio thru my helmet, while having visual/operation of my phone thru the Sony?

- Answer Hi Catchkc, Bluetooth helmet is not listed as a compatible Bluetooth device for your car stereo. So connecting the helmet via Bluetooth is not guaranteed to work. QuestionDoes anyone know if this is compatible with the galaxy S9? I am having connectivity issues through USB with my pioneer radio and I have heard it is a common issue with the new operating system. I just want to make sure I can play USB before I buy.

QuestionI've tried 4 different drives and nothing, it doesn't recognize any drive only a phone. I can't have a conversation using my phone through the radio, it buzzes. This is why I wanted to try updating.
