Why no one told me I need 3D glasses for the TV null

I own this set. You don't need 3D glasses unless you plan to watch 3D. In the case of the Sony 900c You're in luck if you do. You know those passive glasses from your local theatre? They work perfect with this set. Best part is you can buy em super cheap!! Like $2.00 each online. Now if you go with the newest 2016 set. They've gone back to active glasses. Around $48.00 each. Why did Sony decide to go back to those is beyond my comprehension. Anyway I have 3 different Panel TVs all 3D and all All different technology types wise. That's why I said I love this 2015 Sony set. So there is your answer

All you need is regular 3-D glasses you get at the movies, you do not need the battery operated glasses, it's a passive 3-D
