• It has bluetooth capability, yes, but bluetooth devices aren't universally compatible. I have no idea what kind of headphones you have. You'd have to check Sony's site for a compatibility list.

• Some, not all. This is my only gripe about this TV. Does not see my (Sony) headphones. No commitment from Sony to support this now or in the future.
