“Why when you look at the specs why does it show height without stand is less than height with stand. Does anyone know height with stand measurement I have 36" opening.”

Please try again later.height w/o stand IS less, the stand is not adding height... not sure why you do not understand how that works?.... it is a simple typo, they have the 2 dimensions reversed is all. it will fit a 36" opening, but I recommend a wall mount even in an alcove.
