“I've chosen and switched back and forth with external speakers when watching content thru apps, but still doesn't work with my receiver. It automatically cuts it off. Sound from cable TV thru receiver/ext speakers are coming out great. Please advise.”

• To run sound from tv to receiveer, you need come out of the tv optical ((toslink) to a digital input of a receiver or amplifier.
