3 inches to the bottom of picture screen. 2.5 inches to the bottom of the tv frame. Keep in mind that if you block the infrared sensor on the frame you'll not be able to even turn the tv on. Might think about putting sound bar in back of tv if the sound bar sensor for it won't be blocked. I bought a new tv console with a place dedicated to a sound bar so nothing is blocked.
