I'm going to have to use the stand for placement.. It's between two cabinets on a console. How far back will I have to push it in that console in order to put the Sony sound bar in front of it? Can you put sound bar over the stand or just in front? null

The stand is fairly flat and should allow you to place a soundbar on top.
