I've done a lot of research on those models and the 930c is just the best option, I recently purchased it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If I were you I would get the 930C because it can do local dimming which is a major requirement for High Dynamic Range (HDR). The 950B is a good set but IMO the 930C is the future where televisions are going.

If blacks were the most important factor to me than I'd go with the XBR-65X950B, if you don't mind suffering black level loss then go with the XBR-65X930C, it's still a beautiful set, has amazing sound and supports HDR, something the 950B does not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 930 a 65", I believe the 950B is the 75"?? while it would be nice to get, I couldn't see spending the extra $1-2K for those last inches unless you got the money!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i work for best buy in home theater. i recently surcharge a x930c. I love the x950b because its FALD and its picture is amazing, no tv can beat x950b yet. However i decided to get the x930c because of the HDR feature and i was able to use some extra money for surround sound system
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can't go wrong with either , if you want a good speaker system plus the TV save a few bucks and buy the 930c ( I own that one) The 950b is top of the line but the biggest difference in Tech is the 930C has edge lite and the 950B has full array which may or may not be a slightly better picture ( that can actually depend on your carrier as there are some slight differences in band width quality at this level) If you want an outstanding picture ( basically the same inside tech.) and don't mind the speakers save your money and buy the 930C
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do not get the 930c it has horrible picture quality.
