“I bought this tv cause the picture quality was suburb. Brought it home and set it up and it looks nothing like in stores. How do I make it look better? I changed the picture to a enhanced format but that didn’t do much. What am I missing”

Try playing the same thing that they play in the store … search YouTube for true 4K video and watch it and see what you see.
