This is definitely not the viewing experience we want you to have. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience. If the Netflix app immediately closes or crashes upon launch, follow the steps below. 1. Delete the application data for the Netflix app. 1. On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button. 2. Under the Settings category, select Settings. 3. Under the TV category, select Apps. 4. Select System app. 5. Select Netflix. 6. Select Clear data. 7. Select OK. 2.
