“I've had this TV less than a month and twice the screen has gone totally black, requiring a reboot to resolve the issue. Documentation says "for problems" to reboot. Is this a known issue?”

I replaced my A90J (21 flagship) after it went black after 10 days with blinking red light. Reboot not successful. Replaced it with a 65” A95K which lasted 40 days and worked when it wanted to (black screen). Best Buy didn’t hesitate to replace. Highly recommend purchasing Total Tech.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had our Sony XBR FOR 12 days and have had no problems. If your wifi goes out the tv reboots when the wifi comes back. I don’t know if this is any help for your problem.
