“Is it possible to place this TV on a table that is less wide than the width of the TV/stand? (As in with the left and right ends of the TV extending off of the ends of the table)? Or will the TV be unstable in that situation?”

• I would not recommend doing so. The whole plate on the bottom is a weight. It specifically says not to have the ends sticking over. I would recommend setting somewhere that has enough room.
