SONY CAPTIONS AVAILABLE null

If you mean closed captioning for the hearing impaired, then YES, there are closed captions. On my Sony I go into Settings, System, Accessibility, Captions, Cable/Antenna, CC Display ON. I always use it as back up to understand something I might have missed while listening.
