• Yes, 3 of the 4 HDMI ports are rotated sideways. This allows the tv to be mounded closer to the wall.

• Most of these are located on the back on the left side and are pretty easy to reach with the TV mounted to the wall. On is located a bit further toward the middle of the unit and is a little hard to reach when wall mounted, but it's okay if you have a tilting mount.
