I have the same issue,I did contact Sony multiple times and I have no help as of yet.Kicked around to various people all the time making notes. Now I have to wait for the "Tech person" to call me in 2-3 days. It has been 2 already and nothing. I am taking it back to BestBuy this Saturday and never buying Sony again. Money back please
