Could be your internet connection. Netflix and other online video sites automatically send you a less than hd picture when they don’t get a good WiFi signal. I just bought the same tv and have no problems with the picture on Netflix. You can view how many bars you have in the settings section of the tv itself. Good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to mess with the picture. It took me a while... i even searched youtube videos. Mess with the tv settings until they are ideal to you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you using the built in Netflix app or a 3rd party device, like a Roku? I tried using the built in app and ran 4K content and it looked great! If you are using a 3rd party app, make sure it supports 4K. If you have an amp between your TV and 3rd party device, make sure THAT can pass-thru 4K content, as well. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your internet connection to the TV is poor.
