“Purchased the XBR65X900E and have it connected to my Directv cable box Sony remote set up to control the cable box and while I can access the guide and change the channels, I can't figure out how to access the DVR content via the Sony remote. Possible?”

Hi Drew, we cannot guarantee if all the operations of your cable box remote can be performed by the TV's supplied remote. Regards, -Mark
