• These are to allow you to control your cable box. They plug into the back of your set. Your manual should have more information.

• That is a IR blaster that is supposed to help with the range of your remotes.It plugs into the side of your TV, then you put the earbud looking things near the front of your boxes (receiver, blu-ray, dvd, sound system, etc.

• This is the IR blaster for controlling other components with the tv. It’s described in the manual. Totally optional.
