“As I understand, Sony 930e was a 2017 model carried into Sony's 2018 line. Is there a supply of 2017 930e's which will run out during early to mid 2018 or will it be available thru the year? I am pretty sure this is the TV I want, but no room for it now”

I would get it asap. the 2018 model will be more expensive and that can't do that much to improve it to justify anywhere from $300 to $500 more. This one does it all and it even links to google home!!
