I am having the same problem with it disconnecting from the internet, not allowing me to stream. I also have a black vertical line every time I turn on the TV.

It makes it unwatchable at times because it either stops the TV and loads forever or it boots me out of the app altogether. At times, if I switch channels, the audio from the previous channel or app will play over the audio of what we're currently watching. I have the protection plan so was going to see if there was something wrong with the internet receiver in the tv or something bc everything else in the house works fine,
