Hi Tom, thank you for your question. You can play Youtube TV downloaded from the built-in Google playstore on this TV and you may use an HDMI or optical cable through your receiver for the sound. Please take note that YouTube TV's content streams with standard 2.0 stereo audio. Hope this helps. ~Earl
