Hi Matt, Yes. VRR will be available to X85J via a future firmware update. X900H and X85J are both great Bravia TVs and support features that are specified in the HDMI 2.1 standard. They both have our 4K HDR Processor X1 and 4K X-Reality PRO. X85J supports TRILUMINOS PRO™ while X900H has the TRILUMINOS™ Display and Precision Color Mapping. With regard to the speaker type, X900H has our Acoustic Multi-Audio and Sound Positioning Tweeter while X85J has the Bass Reflex Speaker. They both have our X-Balanced Speaker.
