Use HDMI 4 and change the quality of it on the input settings

This is usually not the case with our premium TVs. To isolate the issue, make sure the HDMI cable is connected securely to the TV and the box. You can unplug and plug it again or try other HDMI ports to see if you will get the same issue. You can also use a different HDMI cable. Make sure you are selecting the right input when pressing the INPUT button. Perform a power reset by turning off the units and unplug them for 30 seconds. Put back everything and turn them on again. Feel free to test the TV again and verify if it resolves the issue.
