It already has a feature that is similar to Auto Low Latency Mode, and Variable refresh rate is said to be coming early in 2021 I believe. Freesync is a type of VRR (AMD's version) I believe VRR is just the generic version that should be compatible with devices that support other forms of VRR (I am not to certain about compatibility though given that it isn't available on the TV yet)
