The TV has built-in applications like Netflix, YouTube and Amazon video and has an android based operating system which will let you install additional apps even without the Amazon Fire TV Box. If you still need to, you can connect the Amazon Fire TV Box on the HDMI input of the TV. Amazon Fire TV Box usually needs HDMI to connect to and utilize its streaming capability. • It has 4 HDMI input ports so yes of course it supports Amazon Fire. Literally any TV newer than about 2008 supports it.
