So far, this TV seems to handle fast motion quite well. I recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got this model about a week ago. I watched the first preseason NFL game. The quality was better than most TVs but honestly it boils down to the fact that TV providers don't have 4K capability yet for sporting events. I don't think sporting venues even record at those levels so you won't get full benefit and the TV can still have some blur. Good picture overall though but the built-in Chromecast isn't quite right yet. If the built-in Chromecast is important to you then you will be disappointed. Hope this help!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are avid sports fans and primarily watch baseball and football. We have been watching baseball games almost daily since getting this TV. We upgraded from a 50” Panasonic Plasma that had a 600mhz refresh rate. This TV had 240mhz refresh rate and I was worried about possible blur as well. We really haven’t noticed much (if any) motion blur at all and the larger screen makes the games even more fun to watch. My 84 year old dad can now tell which player is which and doesn’t have to ask me what the count is or what inning it is anymore. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this TV for watching sports.
