“I purchased this unit at BB in LaQuinta, Ca. trouble keeping my subwoofer connected wirelessly. I push the Secure Link and the unit blink orange , then send the command to connect . It blinks and goes to a solid orange but not solid green. Can you help”

You have to access the menu of the soundbar to Secure Link it. Press home on your remote and it should pop up a menu for the soundbar. Go to System Settings and then to Wireless sub connection. You can do the Secure Link function there. See page 47 of the manual.
