No, not as left and right rear channel. However, you could add Sony Home Wireless speakers but not the same as a separate channel. No provision to wire in rear speakers

I don't know the answer to your question. Sorry .But.....the way it sounds above our T.V. It doesn't need any other speakers. It is an awesome sound bar!
