Hi JAYMIELATL, this is definitely not the news that we would like to hear. Resetting the unit may help resolve both issues (refer to page 71): https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4687/bc8f6dee4fbbe142db7bc707e9028061/46878381M.pdf. If they can’t get the Home Menu screen to pop up in order to access the firmware update, we can suggest the reset method of pressing and holding down the Power and Vol (-) buttons too. We would also recommend that you update the sound bar to the latest firmware which can be done via the internet or USB. Lastly I would suggest moving your wifi device away from the sound bar/subwoofer to reduce interference. Hopefully that will fix the issue for them. If still not resolved, please email us at [email protected] with the following details: Name: Best Buy Username: Model Number: Issue: Telephone Number: Sincerely, Ralph Sony Social Support
