“We have a Sony HT-ST5000 and for some odd reason it automatically goes on at 4AM every morning! How do I stop this from happening!!!!!!!!”

• I haven't been in that situation. How ever I discovered that if you turn on tv, blueray, ps4, or even the bluetooth on the cellphone it will automatically turn on HT. If you have the bluetooth on snd pair with HT it will turn on. How ever ,I suggested to check settings snd product guide.

• Check the auto software update. See if it is set for 4am change it to off and see if that stops it
