“I got this XAV5000 unit installed in my Toyota Camry 2011. Apply Car play works with no issues but Andriod auto doesnt work at all, ever since it was installed. My android version is 8.0.0. Can Sony help here? If not, I will have to return this unit.”

Only works while cord is connected. Make sure you have the app installed on the phone your using. Other than that contact don't directly
