Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your device. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have? When did the issue start happening? Were you able to boot the device without any issue? Did the issue occurred right after installation? If you haven't yet, kindly try resetting your device. Press the STANDBY button for atleast ten seconds and observe if the issue still occur. Please note that resetting your device will default back to factory settings. If the issue still occur, kindly reach out to your installer to check the wirings and connections. Regards, -Craig
