This is a VIDEO device. Dolby Atmos is an AUDIO format...TV's never "support" Atmos...it is the AV receiver that supports, processes, and handles all audio signals. A TV is a display device, it has NOTHING at all to do with Dolby Atmos sound. That is kind of like asking if you can make a long distance call with a disposable camera - the two have nothing to do with each other.
