Hi Mike, Thank you so much for your question. The BRAVIA XR-75X90J conforms to the VESA Mount Standard and has a VESA hole pattern of 11.81 x 11.81 inches (300 x 300 mm) (W X H). For the screw size, it uses an M6 screw with a length of 10 mm – 12 mm when using our recommended Wall-Mount bracket SU-WL855. ref: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/5024/f0842a0b0390d8b2889fcac655259bab/50249421M.pdf (Pg.8) Note: The length of the screw for Wall-Mount Bracket differs depending on the Wall-Mount Bracket thickness.
