This television is the difference of night and day versus the X80k. If you want or need anti reflection or the X wide angle unfortunately you would have to upgrade to the X95k, if you prefer. I haven't noticed any issues. But i normally watch movies in a room with enough lighting to only see the buttons on the remote. Once Sony makes a remote with backlighting my issue is solved.

The x90 has 120hz refresh rate, best processor Sony makes and has full array Led. There’s are other differences as well but I can’t remember off hand. The main ones are the ones I mentioned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well for one thing. The X80 is 60hz. Also total different processor. The x90 has 120hz and has the best processor Sony makes. I’m sure there’s more. But I haven’t looked at all specs on the x80 yet.
