They only differ in the following: -The X90CL is a Club Model sold in a membership club stores. -The X90CL will come with the premium remote and additional Bravia Core credits. - The X90CL also come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty + a bundled 3-year Allstate warranty from Costco for a total of 5 years.
