“I purchased this TV with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. I also purchased Best Buy's 2 year extended warranty. That equates to 3 years of warranty coverage. So why is Best Buy trying to tell me my warranty expires 2 years from now instead of 3 years?”

Some of the CASHIERS don’t think! This includes the mgmt that requires them to try and do dumb things!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It might overlap, so that the manufacturer's one year warranty expires in the first year of Best Buy's two years warranty. I have purchased Best Buy's extended warranties for Smart TVs and other devices that go beyond my Best Buy Total Tech membership protection plans. Manufacturers warranties may cost more than Best Buy warranties. Ask for help on this warranty business from an experienced Geek Squader.
