I had a similar issue with Netflix and I googled it and it told me to shut the app down and that fixed it. Only have had to do it once, but that fixed my issue. I can't remember exactly how to shut the app down, but if you google it it will tell you. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not experienced the issue with my TV. Although I use a LAN connection instead of WiFi. My guess is there maybe ia software glitch/setting that ultimate corrupts your streaming apps. I assume you checked or are running/update to the latest TV software/Android OS version. The last resort is call for service as the TV has a one year warranty.
