This TV will fit it is 37.5" high and 66" wide. I feel that it would be a good fit for that space if you are mounting it in that space otherwise you will need to add the leg stands into that which I did not use on my set up. Before I had the 65" Sony and it was roughly about 4" more narrow so I feel if you went to an 85" with the area you are working with it will not work because you don't have enough for the vertical area. Found the legs for the TV and it would seem it would add roughly about 2" to the overall high so you still should be good even if you don't mount the TV. So after all that yes I feel that the TV will fit in the 75" size version.
